2. Home evaluation includes looking at home size, number of bedrooms, location, Improvements, upgrades, and demand.  
3. Neighborhood evaluation includes looking at the price similar homes in your neighborhood have sold for and how long they stayed on the market.  
4. Your Home’s Market Value is a combination of the above.  Richard will give you his recommendation and you will decide what you are comfortable with. 

Step 2 – Showing your home

The more people are aware that your home is on the market, the better.   

1. Your home will be advertised exclusively on RichardSellsToronto.com, as well as publicly on MLS.ca and TorontoMLS.net. 
2. You will benefit from Richard’s Tips on Staging  your home because first impressions are lasting ones.
